At Kidsvarsity, we want you to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below to understand how returns and refunds work.
✅ Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with all original tags, labels, packaging, in-box literature, and freebies included.

Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery and must include proof of purchase along with an unboxing video.

Items purchased during sales or promotional discounts are not eligible for return or refund.

If you change your mind, we’re happy to process a refund of the purchase price (excluding delivery charges), once we’ve received and inspected the item to ensure it meets the conditions above.
📮 Returning an Online Order
You can return an item by logging into your Kidsvarsity account:

Go to ‘Return Item’ and follow the steps to generate a Return ID.

Once generated, pack the item securely with:
-
Product and its original packaging
-
Tags and labels
-
Delivery slip and invoice
-

If we are arranging pickup, your refund will be initiated within 10 business days from the time the Return ID is generated.

If you’re posting it yourself, we recommend using your local postal service. Share the return receipt with us to get reimbursed for return shipping charges (if applicable).
🧾 Received Something Faulty?
If the item received is defective or incorrect due to a fault on our end:

We will either refund your full amount (including shipping) or send a replacement at no extra cost.

The product must be returned within a reasonable time, along with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

Return duties and taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not accept returns for:

Jewellery (due to hygiene reasons)

Customized or stitched clothing, including pre-stitched sarees or tailored blouses

Customization charges are non-refundable.

Any complaint regarding damage, stains, stitching, or quality must be reported to our support team within 24 hours of receiving the product.
