By using the services of Kidsvarsity, you (the user) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. We recommend that you read them carefully, including our refund policy, and retain a copy for future reference. Kidsvarsity reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

📦 1. Order Fulfillment

Kidsvarsity will make every effort to deliver products as per the specifications provided in your order. However, in circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to substitute a product with a similar or equivalent item. Such substitutions shall not be considered improper or incorrect delivery.

🚚 2. Delivery & Acceptance

Products will be delivered in perfect condition at the point of dispatch. However, Kidsvarsity will not be held liable for delays, damage, or loss caused during transit by the courier company or other delivery methods.
Once the customer receives and acknowledges the delivery, it shall be deemed as accepted in good condition. No returns will be accepted on these grounds.

⏳ 3. Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are processed immediately upon successful placement. Please allow up to 7 business days for secure and proper delivery.
Some products may have different delivery timelines based on their nature. Customers are advised to check delivery estimates before placing an order.

📮 4. Incorrect Delivery

Every effort will be made to ensure delivery to the correct recipient. However, Kidsvarsity is not liable for incorrect deliveries resulting from errors in the address provided by the customer or deliveries accepted by someone falsely claiming to be the recipient.

💰 5. Pricing & Availability

All product prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
Kidsvarsity reserves the right to cancel any order due to incorrect pricing or out-of-stock items. If payment has already been processed, the amount will be refunded, and customers will be notified via email.

💳 6. Payment & Credit Card Use

Customers must use their own credit/debit cards for transactions. Kidsvarsity is not responsible for any credit card fraud. Any fraudulent use is the sole responsibility of the user, including the burden of proof.

❌ 7. Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Please ensure all details are accurate before finalizing your purchase.

🌍 8. Customs & Duties

Depending on your country’s import laws, customs duties or taxes may apply. These charges, if incurred, are the responsibility of the customer. In some cases, courier companies may pay on your behalf and collect the amount upon delivery.

🛠️ 9. Warranties & After-Sales Service

All products are sold as-is without any express or implied warranties from Kidsvarsity. Any manufacturer warranties or after-sales service must be handled directly with the manufacturer or vendor.

⚖️ 10. Legal Jurisdiction

Any disputes or legal matters related to these terms will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Coimbatore, India.
